Returns & Eligibility
At NAVANDE, we do not offer refunds. Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Manufacturing Defects
Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Size or fit issues
Color preference
Any reason other than damage or manufacturing defects
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn and unwashed.
All original tags must be intact.
The product must be in its original condition.
Return Outcome
If your return request is approved:
The item must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense.
Once received and inspected, we will provide either:
a replacement, or
store credit.
Return Process
1. Request a Return
Email us at info@navande.com with your order details and clear photos of the damaged product.
2. Ship the Item
If approved, you will receive the return address. Please ship the item back at your own expense.
3. Receive Replacement or Store Credit
After inspection, store credit will be issued to your registered email/account or a replacement will be arranged.
Important Notes
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Products returned in used, worn, or damaged condition (not due to transit damage) will not be eligible.
No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
